All application are done in our discord! All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements before being admitted to the selection course. These are non-negotiable. Cadre are not to make exceptions without written authorization from the RRC Commander. 2.1 Administrative Requirements - Active Discord membership in the RRC server - Completion of the RRC Application Form (submitted via Discord) - Confirmed Arma ownership and a working microphone - Agreement to the RRC Code of Conduct - Minimum age: 18+ 2.2 Game Proficiency Requirements - Comfortable use of medical system - Basic map and compass navigation in-game (no GPS reliance) - Familiarity with radio communication - Ability to operate in first-person view throughout selection - Understanding of basic Intel reports like DZ, ALZ, SALUTE, and more
