Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the MilsimStack website, Discord integration, unit console, and Arma Reforger integration.
Effective August 31, 2026 · Last updated August 31, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using MilsimStack, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a unit or other organization, you represent that you may accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 13, meet Discord's minimum age and the minimum age in your country, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are not old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.
2. Accounts and unit administration
- Discord is used for authentication. You are responsible for your Discord account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
- Unit owners control administrator access, permissions, roster membership, integrations, and the content placed in their unit workspace.
- Administrators must have authority to submit member, personnel, Discord, document, and game-server data and must provide any notices required by law.
- Actions taken through an authorized account are treated as actions of that account until unauthorized access is reported.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use MilsimStack to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, harass, threaten, dox, or distribute unlawful or harmful material;
- access another unit, account, token, link, server, or record without authorization;
- upload malware, probe or evade security controls, interfere with service operation, or overload an endpoint;
- scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use game telemetry as proof of real-world medical condition, identity, wrongdoing, or employment suitability; or
- misrepresent affiliation with MilsimStack, Discord, Bohemia Interactive, or another person or organization.
4. Unit content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MilsimStack a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You are responsible for content legality, accuracy, permissions, backups, and the decisions your unit makes from it.
The Reforger integration records events reported by the configured server. Telemetry may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or affected by game and mod behavior. It is an administrative aid, not an official military, employment, medical, safety, or legal record.
5. Trials, paid access, and cancellation
Trial length, price, included service, and billing terms are the terms displayed when a unit signs up or shown in its order. Unless an order says otherwise, fees are in U.S. dollars and taxes are the customer's responsibility. A unit may cancel future service by contacting support. Fees already earned are non-refundable except where the order or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a trial or paid term expires, access may be limited while unit data remains available for a reasonable export or reactivation period. MilsimStack may later delete inactive workspaces after reasonable notice, subject to legal, security, and backup retention needs.
6. Third-party services and intellectual property
Discord, Google, Arma Reforger, hosting providers, and other linked services have their own terms and may change or interrupt their APIs. MilsimStack is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord Inc. or Bohemia Interactive a.s. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
MilsimStack software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms provide permission to use the hosted service; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute its software or branding.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
Features may change and maintenance or outages may occur. MilsimStack may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, harm to others, or service integrity. A user or unit may stop using the service at any time and may request an export or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilsimStack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilsimStack and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or unit decisions based on service records. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the affected unit paid for MilsimStack during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if no fee was paid. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Changes, disputes, and contact
Terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and additional notice where appropriate. If a change requires consent under applicable law, it will not bind you without that consent. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
Before filing a dispute, contact support@milsimstack.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections, and disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter.
